Parents Team Managers
  • Obtain forms for pictures from your Team Manager.
  • Turn in forms and money to Team Manager BEFORE
    Picture Day to avoid delays.
  • Sponsor fee due today. $330 business or $35/player.
  • Team form must be filled out BEFORE pictures are taken, with
    all player forms completed and turned in with money to photographer.
Reminder: No pictures taken until 100% of Sponsor Fee collected. Thank You!
 
Rainout Policy: If pictures are canceled due to weather on picture day,
pictures will be taken the following day Sunday,
at Wells Middle School, 4033 Gladeridge Dr, Houston, 77068 Map
Add 5 hours to your original Picture Time
